The hotel is perfectly situated near the coast, allowing easy access to the beautiful beach and offering stunning views of the sea. the location also boasts a lovely pool and a well-maintained garden with lush trees, creating a serene atmosphere. the common areas are always kept clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax and socialize.
The hotel could benefit from updating certain areas, such as the TV in some rooms, which has not been fixed for quite some time.

Comfortable parking Serious security
Seedy furniture in room. And we were very surprised when we saw the third bed crammed between two ones in standard room. As a result there was not a space to go. The bedsheet looked like a coarse old ruined by washing rag… The staff handed only one key for two of us and demanded the deposit in $50. Some brigade of drummers(!) began a march through a hall at 1.00 a.m.

Location, beach, food. Drinks
There is no air condition in lobby and other common-use areas. Animation team is not well interested in guests. They do not have a comon uniform. It's hard to understand who is animator and who is not. The price is extremely high for those facilites and comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were cleanliness , hotel facilities , location , and staff. We enjoyed the delicious soups and fresh vegetables at the open buffet, and appreciated that we were allowed to stay in the hotel until the evening on our check-out day.

The sea (clear and warm), the sun, the garden and the place; the overall feeling of relax and quietness. The cuisine was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.
One of our beds was unsteady. A la carte restaurants were closed "because of weather conditions" although the weather was perfect during our stay. Table tennis rackets were shabby :-)

The location of the hotel was great, right by the sea and with a beautiful pool. The beach was clean and the water was perfect for swimming. The garden was also very beautiful, with lots of trees providing shade.
First, the rooms were in need of some serious maintenance. The TV in my room hadn't been fixed for over a year and it was quite frustrating.

Poor Air condition! It was work from 13.p.m but room was to hot to stay even when it's working! We were on Block A (at a sea view room) but sounds of Animation team & disco didn't let us sleep!

The venue offers true luxury and exclusivity for its guests. the exceptional service matches the impressive facilities, including the private spa treatments and outdoor pool. the breathtaking sea coast view from the disco is stunning and memorable.
There was only one minor issue: the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent in the lobby. the friendly and polite team at the reception desk offered their help and smoothed any small hiccup in the service.

Hotel is located on the beach. It offers easy to access the sea. Moreover, it has quite a large swimming pool. This hotel is pretty cheap compared to the other hotels around - I'd recommend it to the people looking for affordable accomadation.... but not to someone looking for luxurious experience.
Hotel is definetely not a five-star facility. It is composed of three blocks; only one of them is renovated to some extent - but the others are pretty depreciated. Staff is completely underqualified. Majority of the staff is composed of seasonal temporary workers. They do not know how to treat the customers kindly. Air-conditioning is not working properly; in fact, they turn off the air-cond. between 9:00 and 13:00 in order to rest the system. Finally, although a wide variety of food is offerred, they are usually not very well prepared and missing a fine touch.

the hotel is located near the beach, which made it easy for me to enjoy a day out by the sea. the beautiful garden covered with trees was quite refreshing. Lastly, the soups were fresh and tasty, and I had no problem enjoying the buffet.
the tennis court was not well-maintained and needed some work.

Intertainment team were very proffesional & the the restaurnat food quality was great
Actually a lot of things were very bad & inconvenient in this hotel : The team was unproffesional & not trained & even sometime not-polite , the rooms were very old & dirty and at the level of 3 starts maximum , the sound of the crockets in the inight were very loud like we couldnt sleep , the hotel is not airconditioned at all in the lobby and the coredoors , the room aircondition is very low , the towels were old , the room balcony door was not working , the room service were not replying at all .............a lot of bad things to write but this is just what I remembered , I dont recommend this hotel at all it has to be dropped to 3 stars
